Virtual Strength TRAINING

Pilot Program Runs Jan 9 - Feb 20

Maybe you have a gym membership but don't know where to start. Maybe you know how to workout, but you struggle with consistency. Maybe you're a seasoned weight lifter but just need a fresh program to kick-start your motivation.


Join Coach Lu and a cohort of peers for a guided 6-week strength training program and hop on the GAIN TRAIN. Participants will have access to: 

  • A customized workout spreadsheet visible to Lu to review each week 
  • A weekly virtual meeting to add accountability, deepen your strength training knowledge, share your progress, and ask questions. Recordings are shared afterwards in case you have a schedule conflict.  
  • A tutorial video of Lu demonstrating each exercise included in the plan. 

Schedule

Fridays 4-5pm CST (Recorded)

  • Jan 9 - How to use your program
  • Jan 16 - Using RM calculators   
  • Jan 23 - Bracing and breath
  • Jan 30 - Hip mobility 
  • Feb 6 - Shoulder mobility 
  • Feb 13 - When progress stalls
  • Feb 20 - Final recap and reflection

What can I expect from this program?

Complete 2 sessions per week in under 90 minutes per workout

  • Mobility Warm Up - 10 minute full-body routine 
  • Squat  - choose from goblet, double KB rack, or barbell front
  • Bench Press - choose from double DB or barbell 
  • Row - choose from single arm or barbell
